How quoting works

We do not publish prices because bulk prices for these products move with grade, crop season, quantity and destination. What we do publish is exactly how a quotation is built, so there are no surprises later.

What you send

What the quotation includes

SpecificationGrade, moisture, purity, admixture and other parameters with tolerances and the test method.
Price basisPer MT or per kg on the stated incoterm and port; currency USD unless agreed otherwise.
PackingBag or carton type, net weight, palletisation, container load plan (MT per 20ft/40ft).
ValidityA validity date is stated on every quotation (typically 7 to 14 days for spices, longer for pulses and rice).
Lead timeDays from proforma acceptance to container loading.
DocumentsList of certificates and lab reports supplied, and which are included in the price.
Payment termsStated on the quotation (advance, balance against documents, or LC as agreed).

Our standards

MOQ and samples

Typical MOQ is 500 kg per product for spices and 1 to 5 MT for pulses, rice and flours; a mixed 20ft container can carry several products. The port of loading and country of origin are stated on the quotation and shipping documents. Pre-shipment samples are available for most products; see samples.
