• Enquiry details you submit: name, company, email, phone, country, destination port and the products and quantities you list.
• Messages you send through the chat assistant or by email to hello@odod.us.
• Technical data needed to run the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and shipments, and keep a record of our correspondence. Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system and may be shared with our fulfilment partners for the purpose of serving the order.

Automated assistance

The chat assistant and initial email responses may be generated with the help of AI systems. A member of the sourcing team reviews commercial commitments before they are made.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to hello@odod.us.
