Samples let you check grade, colour, aroma and cleanliness before committing to a container. This is how it works.
| Sample size | Typically 250 g to 1 kg per product; larger trial quantities are quoted as an LCL shipment. |

| Cost | Samples for products in an active quotation are free of charge; courier cost is charged at actual and credited against the first order. |
| Time | Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days by express courier; 4 to 8 days in transit to most markets. |
| Sealing | Samples are drawn from the offered lot and sealed with a reference that is quoted on the pre-shipment sample and the contract. |
| Lab testing | If you need a third-party report before ordering, we arrange testing at an accredited laboratory and quote the fee. |
